Why This Matters
The Need We Address
Across generations, many women carry wounds from their relationships with their mothers. These wounds—whether from abandonment, criticism, emotional distance, or unresolved conflict—often go unaddressed, creating patterns that repeat in each new generation.
The result is a cycle of disconnection: daughters who struggle to connect with their own children, women who wrestle with their identity, and families that remain fractured by pain no one knows how to heal.
She and Me Ministry exists to interrupt this cycle. We provide the tools, community, and spiritual foundation women need to confront their inherited stories, find healing, and create new narratives for their families.
